Home nursing care is considered when doctors prescribe a nursing measure for home care. Family members often contact us after a doctor's appointment, after a hospital stay, or when a new medical order needs to be implemented at home.
We do not make diagnoses and do not replace medical treatment. We discuss which documents are available and how care can continue organisationally.
