Your data is collected in two ways: you provide it to us, for example via the contact form, by phone or email. Other data is automatically collected or after your consent when visiting the website by IT systems, especially technical data such as browser, operating system, time of page visit and IP address.
What do we use your data for?
Some data is collected to ensure the website is safe and error-free. Information from the contact form is used to process care enquiries, callback requests and follow-up questions.

3. Hosting and Technical Provision
This website is hosted by SiteGround according to the current technical standards. When accessing the website, the hosting provider processes technical access data that are necessary for the secure and stable delivery of the website. These may include IP address, time of access, accessed page, browser type, operating system and referrer URL.
4. Contact Form and Care Enquiry
If you contact us via the 'Care enquiry / Callback' form, we process the information you enter to process your inquiry and for possible follow-up questions.
The form may include the following fields: name, phone number, optional email address, place of residence or district, who needs help, what help is needed, whether a care level is available, desired callback period, message, and a data protection statement.
The purpose of processing is to process care and call-back enquiries, clarify the need for help and make contact through Pflege Daheim GmbH.
As legal bases, the following articles of the GDPR apply depending on the request, in particular Article 6 Paragraph 1 letter b for pre-contractual measures and Article 6 Paragraph 1 letter f for our legitimate interest in processing contact requests. Insofar as consent is requested, the processing is additionally based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR.
Special categories of personal data
Care enquiries may involve health data or other special categories of personal data under Article 9 DSGVO, especially if users voluntarily share medical details, care needs or care level. Please do not send sensitive medical details via the form. For acute medical emergencies, please call the emergency services.
If special categories of personal data are voluntarily transmitted, we process these only if necessary for processing your inquiry and if there is a legal basis.
Storage and email sending
The contact form is operated with Fluent Forms. Form requests can be stored in the WordPress/Fluent Forms system and sent by email to pflegedaheim@frankfurtpflege.de will be transmitted.
Enquiries are deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for processing, provided there are no legal retention obligations.
5. Cookies and Consent Management
This website may use cookies or similar technologies. Complianz is used to manage cookie and data protection settings. Where consent is required, it is requested and documented via the cookie/consent banner.
After the current external review, no Google Analytics 4 tracking and no Google Tag Manager are visible and active. No new tracking services were activated during this rebuild.
6. Server Log Files
The page provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser sends. This can include browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, server request time and IP address.
These data are not combined with other data sources. The processing is done to securely and reliably provide the website.
7. Your Rights
You have at all times the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to the processing of your personal data according to legal provisions.
You can revoke a given consent at any time with effect from the future. The legality of the processing up to revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
8. Complaints to the Supervisory Authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law, you have the right to complain to a competent data protection authority.

10. SSL/TLS Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content.
Care cost calculator
Until the results are displayed, the calculator does not require names or contact details. For the calculation, the selected options and care level are sent to the server of this website, but are not permanently stored in a calculator database and are not made available as a public result link.
Only if you voluntarily request a personal review after the result, your selection, your name, preferred contact method, postal code and additional information will be sent by email to our office. Please do not enter diagnoses, medication plans, insurance numbers or other particularly sensitive health data.
The optional result email is sent immediately to the address you provided. The address is not stored in a calculator database and is not used for advertising.
To improve the process, the calculator only includes summarized events per day, for example start, result display or sent enquiry. No names, contact details, postal codes, care information, amounts, cookies or permanent identifiers are recorded.
Rechner-Schnittstelle (Agent API)
Unsere Rechner-Schnittstelle verarbeitet strukturierte Angaben für die angeforderte Kostenberechnung: Pflegegrad oder „unbekannt“, ausgewählte Leistungen und deren Häufigkeit sowie gegebenenfalls vorgegebene Leistungsdetails. Sprache und Tageszeit sind optional. Eine Registrierung ist nicht erforderlich. Namen, Kontaktdaten, Diagnosen und freie Beschreibungstexte sind nicht als Eingaben vorgesehen und werden von der Schnittstelle nicht akzeptiert.
Einzelne Berechnungen werden nicht dauerhaft in einer Rechner-Datenbank gespeichert. Die Berechnungsangaben werden nicht gezielt in Anwendungs- oder Sicherheitsprotokollen abgelegt. Technisch notwendige Verbindungs- und Sicherheitsdaten können verarbeitet werden, insbesondere IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufener Endpunkt und Antwort- oder Sicherheitsstatus. Wir nutzen Sicherheits- und Missbrauchsschutzmechanismen einschließlich einer Begrenzung der Aufrufhäufigkeit. Die Schnittstelle setzt keine eigenen Cookies oder Analyse- und Werbetracker ein und versendet keine E-Mails. Ergänzend gelten die Hinweise zu Hosting und Server-Log-Dateien.
Für die Nutzung der Schnittstelle ist kein KI-Anbieter erforderlich. Ruft ein externer KI-Dienst die Schnittstelle in Ihrem Auftrag auf, erhält er das Berechnungsergebnis und verarbeitet Ihre Interaktion nach seinen eigenen Bedingungen und Datenschutzhinweisen. Allein durch die Bereitstellung der Schnittstelle werden keine Daten an Meta übermittelt.
